PACC in Action

Apply to be a 13-14 AmeriCorps Community Fellows Host Site

In partnership with PennSERVE, the Governor's Office of Citizen Service, Pennsylvania Campus Compact (PACC) is pleased to announce the availability of part-time AmeriCorps awards to member and non-member institutions for the 2013-2014 academic year. This AmeriCorps Education Award Only Program, AmeriCorps Community Fellows, seeks to increase the number of college students serving in the areas of K-12 academic achievement and post-secondary college success, while developing college students as active citizens.  In exchange for committing to serving 300 hours (minimum time) or 450 hours (quarter time) over the course of the calendar year, Community Fellows will receive an AmeriCorps Education Award, of $1175 or $1468 respectively.

These are competitive awards and will be granted based upon the capacity of member campuses to host Community Fellows, to fulfill the goals of the program and/or past performance.
